Why I Built the AI Change Loop™

I spent 25+ years watching the same pattern repeat. Organizations would commit to transformation: ERP, digital, cloud, and now AI. They would invest heavily, activate the technology, and then watch adoption stall, value erode, and programs quietly declared complete before outcomes were ever realized.

I worked at IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, Huron, PA Consulting, and HCLTech. I led programs across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and energy. I operated inside transformation programs with budgets exceeding $50M, where OCM was the discipline that determined whether those investments actually delivered.

It was always the architecture.

The AI Change Loop™ is my answer to that pattern. It is a structural integration discipline built from 24 years of practitioner experience, not a consulting methodology adapted from a textbook. It is designed to close the gap between AI deployment activity and sustained enterprise value. That gap is real, it is costly, and it is solvable.
